UC, WorldCom reach settlement
The University of California announced a $13.25 million settlement Thursday in its first recovery of funds from the collapse of WorldCom Inc. UC said it will receive $13.25 million from Citigroup Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets, its first settlement in a case that began in February 2003. One defendant remains: the Arthur Andersen accounting firm.

Judge OKs bus driver settlement
